Private Chef Richard will bring all the produce and essential tools required and work with you in your very own home passing on years of experience in the profession in a one to one hands on Masterclass
Cook a 3 course Fine Dining Menu
Working together with the Chef you will learn many techniques to cook a 3 course fine dining meal in a fun and timely manner
What will you learn?
In the two hours of training you will cover:
- Knife skills
- Preparation of Fruits and Vegetables
- Butchery / Preparing Fish (depending on the menu)
- Sauces from scratch
- Cooking a 3 course meal
- Tips in all sections of the kitchen.
- Cleanliness and good food Hygiene.
- Learn the Art of Fine dining Plating
Relax, Enjoy and Eat!
After all your hard work in the kitchen you will receive a Chef Certificate and then sit and relax while the Chef serves you the 3 course menu and cleans down the kitchen.

Pricing for a 2 hour intensive course including a 3 course menu is £165 per person (MInimum 2 guests)
