I have been a professional chef for over 18 years, with experience in various types of cuisine. I have worked in fine dining restaurants, catering companies, and as a personal chef for high-profile clients.
I specialize in French & English cooking with inspiration from all over the world creating dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning. I believe that presentation is just as important as taste, and I take great care in crafting each plate to be a work of art.
